You can store domestic items and/or business documents including furniture, archiving and business stock. We are flexible and will try and accommodate your individual requirements.
Unfortunately we are unable to accept the following for storage:
NB: This list is not exhaustive and may be added to at any time.
You bring your storage items to your store (there is ample parking on site). You will be able to access your storage 7 days a week.
Yes, you will need your own padlock so that you are the only keyholder for your storage space.
Our storage centre is alongside office suites and the entire building is covered by intruder and fire alarms.
You will be the only one able to access your storage unit, locked by your own padlock.
We offer flexibility for long or short storage periods and the minimum stay is one month.
You must give one months notice if you wish to cancel your contract.
You will need to pay monthly in advance.
Yes, you must insure all items stored with us for their full replacement value on a ‘new for old’ basis. You will need to provide a copy of your insurance policy to confirm this.
You must declare the value of your goods to us before moving in and notify us of any change in the value of your goods in storage at anytime.
Whilst we take good care of our premises there are some events which are outside of our control that may damage your items (such as fire or flood) and therefore self storage companies will always require customers to insure their own goods adequately.
You will be asked to provide 2 forms of ID, one of which will contain your photograph (ie a passport or UK driving licence) and another confirming your current address. These documents will need to be provided face to face and will be originals, not photocopies.
